Montana Skies Concert DVD
October Skies Productions is very proud to announce the completion of the
Montana Skies concert DVD. In August, OSP directed a 3 camera shoot of the
Montana Skies' concert at the Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre in Mableton,
GA. Editing and DVD authoring were completed in November. Click on the image

The Parking Spot Video Program

video loop that will play on LCD monitors in The
Parking Spot's airport shuttles. This
Fall the video is being tested in 15 shuttles in the Houston market.

UGA Gymnastics Un4gettable DVD
October Skies supplied graphics and DVD authoring for the Gym Dogs' "Un4gettable"
DVD. This DVD, produced by J. Clarke Producions, recaps the 2008 season

October Skies created motion graphics for online training seminars being

Our Process
We do the research!
The reasons for having a video produced for your product or service are multiple - marketing, sales, branding, instructional. Likewise, how your video gets produced can be just as varied. That's why we research your company and the product or service you offer before starting any production project. This is essential for any video project to be a success. Working closely with you, your ad agency and/or your marketing department, we start with the overall goals of your message and arrive at the purpose of your video. Whether we are brought in during your business's infancy or after marketing messages and styles have been established, we can create a complete package from concept to delivery or incorporate existing graphics and copy for a cohesive marketing message. From outline to final script, shot lists and schedules, we prepare all parties involved with what is needed for a successful production.
Video Demands Eloquent Solutions
Streaming Sports Net :30 Commercial
Jerome Samuels, President of Streaming Sports Net (SSN), knew what he wanted. He came to OSP to get it. Jerome needed a 30 second commercial touting the services of SSN. He wanted a sales tool that could not only be used to advertise on broadcast television, but also be viewable on the SSN website and be placed on other websites as an online ad. Knowing that the ad would air on broadcast television, OSP made sure that all aspects of production would be of the highest quality. And we came up with eloquent solutions when budgetary concerns were presented.
Wanting to be part of the ad's message, we shot and recorded Jerome's image and voice in our own studio in front of a green screen wall. This footage was layered with custom motion graphics (including the OSP designed SSN logo), stock elements, screen captures showing navigation of the SSN website and sports footage from SSN customers. The final commercial was archived and several Flash video files, in a variety of sizes, were created for online purposes. Jerome sums up the experience of working with OSP - "Having never produced a broadcast commercial with October Skies, I was concerned with my vision for the ad and the costs associated with that vision.
